Big Big disappointment September 23, 2008 Computer Bob (Poconos) Terrible software, does not apply to the product. Installation offers fill in boxes that do not accept their own choices. In the final analysis..it just doesn't work. Too much trouble to return. Maybe when I have Vista, it will come to life.
